An experiential and exciting family meeting that takes place in one of the halls in the Western Wall area in preparation for putting on the tefillin and going up to the Torah.
✔️ A reading from an ancient Torah scroll about 150 years old, which came from Babylon (Iraq). We will open the book and honor the Bar Mitzvah boy by reading from the Parasha of the reading of Shema.
✔️ Training on the process of making the tefillin throughout the generations, from Moses Rabenu to the present day.
✔️ Experience writing STAM letters, using a quill pen, in front of my excited family members.
The writing section will be taken from A Psalm dealing with the subject of Jerusalem and written on the Torah scroll’s parchment. At the end of the ceremony, the boy will receive the psalm framed as a souvenir.
At the end of the writing, the mother will give her son the tallit and bless him, and the father will give his son the tefillin and bless him. It is recommended to think about the wording of the blessing in advance.
At the end of the class, the boy will wrap himself in a tallit and place tefillin in the hall, and from there, we will leave in an exciting family procession towards the Bar Mitzvah ceremony at the Western Wall.
“TheQuill of the Heart” takes place in one of the halls in the Western Wall complex and is an exciting class that gives the family a unique and unforgettable experience.

For a deep and unique connection between the Bar mitzvah boy and everything around him; the immediate family, the social circle, the Jewish tradition, and the people of Israel.
The ‘Shahak’ program is a unique program that takes place at your home and prepares your son for the Bar Mitzvah. The program combines diverse experiences, family study, and practical preparation for the Bar Mitzvah ceremony. All these make the event something that belongs to all of you.
The entire process is accompanied by a suitable and experienced mentor in a series of personal and family meetings that stimulate interest, discourse, experience, and learning.

The price includes transportation from the central area and back within 8 hours at most.

The cost of the ‘jump’ inside Jerusalem to the Western Wall: is 660 NIS (330 NIS one way).
The minibus costs 19 seats: 20% less than the usual transportation cost.

Upgrade your experience by combining a festive procession led by two musicians dressed in white and equipped with a canopy, trumpets, and lots and lots of joy.
Your choice of a pair of drummers / a drummer and a harpist.
Duration of the procession: about 25 minutes.
The parade departs from the Shaar Hashupt station.
The parade ends at the security checkpoint at the entrance to the Western Wall.
